Location: Hybrid working 

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Length: Full-time / Permanent

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will be accountable for the full hiring life-cycle and recruitment activities across our sites in the UK and US.

From vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier engagement, interviewing and extending our local networks, you will have the opportunity to build collaborative working relationships with hiring teams and stakeholders. You will use your market knowledge and insight to drive meaningful actions, and really shape our processes and the way we add value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle both within the UK and US

  • Build a recruitment strategy for international hiring (US markets)

  • Support, advise and guide stakeholders on all go to market recruitment strategies and candidate generation methods to improve time to hire and cost per hire

  • Proactively utilise all available social media/hiring platforms for headhunting

  • Drive stakeholder involvement and input into recruitment strategies to maximise peer-to-peer engagement benefits

  • Create successful local networks within the community to drive word of mouth and lead recruitment events

  • Expand our presence within universities

  • Seek out ways in which we can increase our diversity and inclusion priorities

  • Own, manage and negotiate recruitment PSL, agency and supplier relationships

  • Independently manage all key internal stakeholders, raising issues at the earliest opportunity that impact the candidate journey or might prevent a successful outcome

  • Upskill internal stakeholders on their own interview techniques and candidate management to drive consistency in candidate experience

  • Deliver an effective service in relation to pre-interview screening, testing and assessment of suitability

  • Establish and monitor performance and governance metrics created by the Senior HR Manager

  • Create and effectively manage talent pools with our ATS platform, Recruitee

  • Responsible for all recruitment related compliance and adherence with legislation, including GDPR, eligibility to work within the UK

Job requirements


  • A successful track record hiring technology roles in either working in-house or as part of a recruitment agency

  • Strong candidate management skills, candidate control skills, negotiation and influencing skills

  • The confidence to work in partnership with key internal stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • The ability to work with recruitment data to spot trends and issues in processes/recruitment tactics

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive approach to problem-solving

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Can adapt to the changing needs/demands of the business

  • Competent with recruitment data and metrics

  • Knowledge of UK employment law


  • Startup/scaleup experience

  • International exposure

  • Commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise workload based on business needs
